These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by London Linings. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by London Linings are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting and may change if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered.
2. Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required before works commence. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Existing Concrete Conditions
Concrete surfaces vary significantly and may contain cracks, moisture issues, movement, previous coatings, repairs, imperfections, stains or contamination.
While London Linings takes reasonable steps to prepare surfaces correctly, existing defects may remain visible or reappear over time.
4. Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is essential for coating performance. London Linings reserves the right to alter preparation methods if site conditions require additional work.
Additional preparation works may incur extra charges where conditions differ from the original scope.
5. Colour & Finish Variations
Epoxy flooring systems, decorative flake systems and topcoats may vary slightly in appearance, colour, gloss level and texture due to batch variation, lighting conditions and substrate differences.

6. Moisture & Environmental Conditions
Moisture within concrete substrates, weather conditions, temperature changes and environmental factors can affect coating performance.
London Linings is not responsible for failures caused by moisture transmission, structural movement or conditions outside reasonable control.
7. Access Requirements
Clients must provide clear access to work areas before installation.
Additional charges may apply where delays occur due to vehicles, furniture, storage items or restricted access.
8. Project Delays
Project timelines are estimates only and may change due to weather conditions, product availability, site conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Curing & Usage
Customers must follow all curing recommendations provided by London Linings.
Premature traffic, heavy loads, chemicals or misuse may impact coating performance and warranty outcomes.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only where surfaces have been installed, maintained and used in accordance with London Linings recommendations.
Warranty does not cover:
* Structural movement
* Moisture-related failures
* Existing substrate defects
* Damage from impact, abuse or misuse
* Tyre wear, scratching or accidental damage
* Third-party repairs or modifications
11. Limitation Of Liability
London Linings’ liability is limited to the value of the works completed and excludes indirect or consequential losses where permitted by law.
